Foam E-Z, The Original One-Stop Surfboard Supply Shop Turns 15!!!

ANNIVERSARY PARTY EVENT Everyone is invited to join us at our 15 Year Anniversary Party Event from 11-3pm on Saturday May 31st. It will take place behind our shop (6455 Industry Way Westminster, Ca. 92683) and will include: Giveaways, Raffles, Food/Drinks, Board Building Demos, Live Band, and a Storewide 15% off Sale. All of our vendors will be present to answer questions and chat about anything you have in mind. Future Fin Systems will be installing boxes into a shaped blank which then will be glassed with Composite Resource UV Polyester Resin and the board will ready to sand with in an hour and a half. Ocean & Earth will be raffling off pads, leashes, and more. US Blanks will have a van full of Seconds (blanks) for sale at a reduced price. Sol Sunguard will be giving away lots of killer sunscreen and lip balm. Many "pro" shapers will be present including Tim Stamps (Stamps Surfboards). ProBox Larry has graciously donated a variety of fin and box setups for the raffle. The raffle will also include Epoxy donated from Resin Research, EPS pressure molded blanks from Marko Foam, and fins from FCS Fin Systems. This list will be growing as the month goes, so stay tuned. A BRIEF HISTORY ON FOAM E-Z

Foam E-Z was founded in 1993 by Brad Nadell. The shop was initially started in order to provide foam to the in-house shapers and other shapers in the area... i.e. Surf Prescriptions, Cordell Surfboards, Chas Performance, Pesce Surfboards, Poi Dog, A-39, Mohn, Sakal, Line Up, Wallin, and Country Surfboards. As the word started to travel, more and more shapers began to buy blanks from Foam E-Z! For more than a decade, Foam E-Z has provided blanks for some of the top names in the world, including JC Hawaii, Quiksilver, Spyder Surfboards, Harbour Surfboards, Robert August, Hawaiian Island Creations, Bunger Surfboards (East Coast), and Nuuhiwa Surfboards.

Besides serving the professional shaper, Foam E-Z has also been supplying the local backyard shaper with blanks, supplies and expert knowledge about surfboard building. Foam E-Z is the state-of-the-art surfboard materials warehouse, catering to famous shapers as well as the famous-to-be... perhaps even yourself!

Foam E-Z's success hinges on our ultra-low prices, incredible service, convenient location in North Orange County near Huntington Beach, and our huge inventory of top quality Polyurethane US Blanks, HomeBlown's BioFoam, and Marko Foam EPS blanks. Prior to the Clark Foam closure (Dec. 5th 2005), Foam E-Z sold over fifteen thousand Clark Foam blanks annually and was the top worldwide supplier of first quality Clark Foam blanks. We're stoked to have survived the Clark Foam debacle and feel we are a stronger and more diversified company because of the adversity. Obviously the surfing world and our business have changed significantly since 2005 but one thing that hasn't is our commitment to you, our customer.
