Description
The E-Z Marking Gauge is a great tool for making marks on the blanks for various steps of the shaping process. It is also helpful in drawing the outline for taping off decks and bottoms for air-spraying, and for cut laps when glassing the board.
The E-Z Marking Gauge has a large smooth fence to help keep the tool flush on round surfaces assuring an accurate reproduction of any curve. The sturdy all steel marking gauge uses a regular lead pencil (not included) for marking lines parallel to the edge (up to 8 inches from the edge). The 10 inch long 1/4 inch square bar has graduations in 1/16 increments. This inexpensive tool has many layout and design uses in the shaping and glassing process.
